An Australian Visa partner
allows partners and women (same men and women) Australian partners, permanent
Australian citizens or eligible citizens of New Zealand to enter and live in
Australia.

• Do not hold a visa and
enter a partner visa that has been rejected or canceled since the last arrival
in Australia.

and the previous visa has ended

visit
• Hold a Criminal Justice
visa; or from the latest entry to Australia, hold or operate the Standard
Freight Freight Service Visa and have not held or kept that visa for at least two
years;
• You are responsible for
the Australian Government and do not make satisfactory payment for this debt.
